Sandy Hill Summer Vacation Bible School 2013
Sandy Hill Community Church will be hosting Vacation Bible School, once again, this summer.We have another exciting VBS planned for the community. It is called Kingdom Rock and promises to be another SUPER summer event for our church, preschool and community kids.
Kingdom Rock
is for kids for ages preschool through grade 5 and will run from

unday, July 7 through Thursday, July 11. Each evening will run
from 6:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.

ock is an epic adventure
that empowers kids to stand strong. At Kingdom Rock kids learn that God’s victorious power isn’t a
fairy tale―it changes kids forever. Plan to join this royally-rockin’
realm this summer at Sandy Hill Community Church.
Every evening at Kingdom Rock is an exciting evening. Singing and dancing and having fun are standard fare at Kingdom Rock. Everyone is there; preschoolers and elementary kids. The music is awesome!
Every night there are crazy things happening
at Kingdom Rock. Knight Wally, who never seems to get it right plus lots of other crazy stuff will be happening. Kids will be placed into Kingdom Crews where they will travel from station to station doing lots of fun stuff and learning about how God helps us to stand strong, through things like Epic Bible Adventures.
On day one kids will learn how God's love helps us to "Stand Strong."
On day two kids will learn how Family & Friends help us to "Stand Strong."
On day three 
kids will learn how Prayer helps us to "Stand Strong."
On day four kids will learn Trusting in God helps us to "Stand Strong."
On day five kids will learn how the Bible helps us to "Stand Strong."
Each evening your kids will receive a neat "Bible Wrist Band" with the day's Bible verse on it which will help them with memorizing the daily Bible verse. Each evening, too, your kids will attend "Chatter's Theater," where a pretty whacky chipmunk named, "Chatter," will be called on to do some pretty crazy things.
Your kids will also be reading Bible Stories each evening and getting to know some of the stories in the Bible and each evening they will receive a really cool "Bible Buddy Charm" to take home that has a really neat picture of the Bible Buddy for the evening. Characters like Sir Valiant, 
Duke, 
Victoria, 
Truman 
and Swift, pretty cool characters, if I must say so.
Oh, by the way, if you were ever at SHCC'S VBS you will remember the awesome games and competitions that are held each evening and this year will be no different. Your kids will spend time each evening participating in some pretty cool outdoor games and competitions, weather permitting, of course.
And really, Kingdom Rock wouldn't be such an exciting place if there were no "Treats" for the kids. So each evening will end with a snack time for everyone. For more information, call Sandy Hill Community Church at 610-857-3959.
