Of Sandy Hill Community Chruch
Meet the Elders
Elders play an important role at Sandy Hill
providing leadership, oversight and Bible Teaching.
Below you will meet the elders and be able to find out some important
background information about them.
Michael Donovan
(Elder)

Michael Donovan grew up in Marshalton, PA. He graduated from Downingtown High School. Michael is married to his wife, Jocelyn, and they have two wonderful sons, Ryan and Sean.
Michael has worked in the propane industry for the past 12 years. He enjoys spending time with his boys, playing backyard games and of course, he loves the Philadelphia Eagles. But what Michael loves most of all is people and wants to see everyone have the love he has for Christ. Michael wants Sandy Hill Community Church be a place where people can grow and mature in God's Word and spread it in their community.
Bill Paff
(Elder)

Bill Paff is a family man who enjoys time with wife and 3 children (son and 2 daughters). He works in the computer department of a regional convenience store chain.
He is pursuing a calling to have churches and ministries work together more, which includes growing his skill set at project management, strategic planning and helping people find and pursue their own talents.
He is a passionate member of the Sandy Hill prayer team and believes prayer should be a supportive and integral part to all Sandy Hill efforts.
For a past time, he writes and plays music and enjoys being a part of the Sandy Hill worship team. God willing, these will someday be far more than past time or passion.
Rick McCrorie
(Elder)

Rick and Marla moved from Anchorage, Alaska to Pennsylvania in 2020 after Rick retired from a 40 year banking career. They have two adult sons who live in Colorado and Washington state with their wives. Their daughter is a full-time student who lives at home.

Rick has served churches in a number of capacities; most often in church finance, adult christian education and worship technology.

Rick has a finance degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. Marla has degrees in elementary education and Biblical Archaeology from Philadelphia College of the Bible.
